Refund & Return Policy

1. No-Return Policy (Standard)

Due to the nature of our products (printed study materials and intellectual property), ExampurStore.com follows a Strict No-Return Policy. Once the seal of the package is broken or the material is accessed, the product is considered "consumed" and is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except as expressly stated below.

2. Conditional Eligibility for Replacement

We do not offer monetary refunds. We only offer replacements for items that meet the following strict criteria:

• Tampered Packaging at Delivery: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, the customer must refuse the delivery. Once a damaged package is accepted, Learning Closet Private Limited is not liable for any internal damage.
• Manufacturing Defects: Only major defects (e.g., missing pages, blank pages) are eligible. Minor scuffs, ink smudges, or corner folds during transit are not considered defects.

3. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement (Mandatory)

To prevent fraudulent claims, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from before the courier seal is broken until the discovery of the defect.

• Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
• The video must clearly show the shipping label and the tracking ID.

4. 24-Hour Reporting Window

Any discrepancy (wrong product or major defect) must be reported via email to cs@exampur.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by our courier partner. Requests made after this 24-hour window will be considered invalid.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund or replacement will be issued if:

• The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• The customer was unavailable at the time of delivery attempts.
• The customer "no longer needs" the material or "finds the content unsatisfactory" (Subjective dissatisfaction is not a ground for refund).
• The product was purchased during a Flash Sale or using a limited-time discount code.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order is processed for logistics, and cancellation is strictly prohibited.
