Punjab Police Launches Online Portal to Speed Up Verification of Newly Recruited Defence Personnel

The Punjab Police has launched an Online Digital Portal aimed at significantly expediting the credential verification process for newly recruited defence personnel. The portal is directly integrated with the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Integration with Saanjh Platform: Launched by Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav, the new digital module has been hosted on the Punjab Police’s 'Saanjh Platform'.
Drastic Reduction in Verification Time: The automated system is designed to compress the verification period from several months down to just a few days.
MoD Recognition: Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Defence, Aaron Pamei, commended the IT team of the Punjab Police for successfully engineering the online verification system.
