19-year-old Kezia Liz Mejo from Kerala was crowned Miss Universe India 2026 at the grand finale held in Jaipur. She will represent India at the upcoming 75th Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico later this year.

Winner & Runners-up: Kezia Liz Mejo (Kerala) won the main title. Vaishnavi Ganesh (Tamil Nadu) was declared First Runner-up, followed by Anushree Satwale-kar (Gujarat) as Second Runner-up, Tejaswini Srivastava (Maharashtra) as Third Runner-up, and Anubha Vashistha (Uttarakhand) as Fourth Runner-up.
Crowning: Miss Universe India 2025 winner Manika Vishwakarma passed on the crown to Kezia Liz Mejo.
